THE AVORLA PLATFORM
Faster decisions · Fewer repeated mistakes · Clearer ownership · Learning that compounds
WHY DECISIONS WEAKEN
Before the decision
Relevant evidence is scattered across meetings, messages, documents and systems. AVORLA connects permissioned context so people can see what matters.
During the decision: Objectives, constraints, assumptions and trade-offs are made explicit so human judgement can be exercised — not replaced.
After the decision: Ownership, outcomes and reflection remain connected so learning can be carried into the next decision.
Relevant signals only. Appropriate permissions. Personal reflection remains private.

A six-stage model for decision quality, follow-through and organisational learning.
The platform in the flow of work

Decision support for the person. Aggregated patterns for leaders. Learning connected over time.
For the person making the decision
Selective support at important decision moments — not constant prompts; clearer framing and trade-offs; private reflection; learning recommendations tied to real work.
For team leaders and executives
Visibility of recurring decision friction, ownership gaps, follow-through and organisational patterns — without access to private reflections.
For the business: faster, better-supported decisions; fewer repeated mistakes; less Decision Debt; stronger execution; measurable capability growth; and learning that stays with the organisation.
THE CONNECTED SOLUTION
One connected system: individual capability, team performance and organisational intelligence strengthen together.
ENTERPRISE PLATFORM
MICROSOFT 365 WORKFLOW
Teams meetings, transcripts and chat; Outlook email and calendar. Selected signals only, with appropriate permissions and customer control.
AVORLA INTELLIGENCE LAYER
Applies the AVORLA framework so context, judgement, ownership, outcomes and learning remain connected across the decision lifecycle.
AZURE AI + ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION
Customer-approved AI operates within the Azure environment. Boomi or equivalent connectors link other enterprise systems only where the use case requires them.
Start with Teams and Outlook. Extend through Boomi or customer-approved connectors when the business chooses.
Microsoft-first. Azure-hosted. Selected signals. Human accountability. Architecture and integrations are in development.
SIGNALS · IN DEVELOPMENT
Work patterns in context. Privacy at every level.
Signals is being developed to help people and organisations understand the conditions around decision-making, using relevant Microsoft 365 work patterns with appropriate permissions and customer control.
Permissioned Microsoft 365 patterns
Planned sources include Microsoft Graph Reports and Microsoft Graph Data Connect. Connections depend on approved permissions, source availability and customer requirements. Live source connections remain in development.
Private individual insights
Meeting load, communication rhythm and focus conditions are designed for the individual to reflect on. Personal Signals and private reflections are not exposed to leaders, administrators or support teams.
Eligible organisational trends
Authorised leaders can see aggregated trends only when enough eligible contributors meet the privacy threshold. Results are withheld when that threshold is not met. No named individuals, individual activity trails or rankings are shown.
Signals provides descriptive context for human interpretation. It does not score employee productivity, performance or wellbeing, establish causation, or create authoritative decision records.
In development · Current validation uses synthetic data · Source coverage and freshness will be explicit.
MEASUREMENT WITH INTEGRITY
AVORLA’s developing methodology draws on behavioural decision science, organisational psychology and learning science, and is being designed for structured measurement. The platform distinguishes observable decision signals, human reflection and organisational outcomes — without treating activity as a proxy for judgement or exposing private reflection.
Transparent indicators. Aggregated patterns. Human interpretation.
The current Decision Baseline is a reflective starting point, not a validated psychometric instrument.
